Questions we actually get

"Editor access": what does that mean?

You get a simple editor for the parts you should control: wording, prices, hours, photos. You never touch code, and you can't break the layout. Right now we set this up with you on every build; fully self-serve editing is rolling out across all new sites.

Why no template options?

Templates are why small-business sites all look the same and load slowly. Hand-coded means your site is yours, it loads fast, and it doesn't drag a plugin ecosystem behind it.

What's the $15/mo hosting?

Optional. Your site runs on our own monitored servers: updates, backups, uptime alerts, and a real human watching it. Skip it and host anywhere; we hand over the files.

Do you do repairs on sites you didn't build?
